The before and after speaks for itself! I'm so stoked that I can wear my sneakers again. I ordered the cleaning online, and my shoes were collected the next day. 48 hours later they were dropped back off sparkling! Thanks for the amazing service :)

So disgusted in this service! I sent my shoes to get cleaned hoping they would be in good hands! Boy was I wrong! My shoes came back full of stain and marks that were not there before! It looked like I threw them off a mountain and rolled them in oil! My shoes were names brand shoes that cost a lot and now I have to get them repaired as they are unwearable! Do not send your shoes here as they will come back ruined!

Clinton performed (what I thought) was the impossible. Managed to get tattoo stencil ink all over my suede and leather shoes and he applied his amazing skills and made the shoes look better than new. 10/10 recommend their service.

This is an excellent and reliable service. I’ve had various forms of footwear cleaned here, from muddy running shoes to oil-stained sneakers and have always been amazed at the outcome. The staff are really pleasant to deal with too.

Wow, what a find! I've never had my sneakers professionally cleaned before but now I'm hooked. I only wish I lived in Cape Town, so I could go with these guys. They were phenomenal, did a great job, and all at a really great value. Since I was exploring Cape Town, I wasn't going to be able to actually make it back to pick up my shoes before they closed, but they were kind enough to run next door to the hotel and leave them with the lobby. Top service!

I took my sneakers in to have them professionally cleaned, as I know cleaning suede isn’t an easy job. I opted for the most premium option, thinking my belongings were in good hands. Boy was I disappointed! They stained my sneakers entirely, damaged the suede when they tried to take the stains out, and also damaged the fabric next to the suede from all the reckless scrubbing.When I asked for a refund, I was told that they will instead scrub my shoes again, or that I can bring another pair of shoes. I have emailed them, to which I got a blanket response saying that my query is being followed up, but no feedback since.I feel like this place has recklessly damaged my shoes and took no responsibility for their actions. They simply don’t care for their customers belongings.I am immeasurably disappointed in this place and I do not understand how they run a business so unprofessionally.Whatever you do- DO NOT trust Sneaker Shack with your shoes!

Great service on every visit I have had to this store. Great team super friendly and helpful. As for my sneakers they always look brand new when it comes back from the laundry.

Wow what an incredible service! Our trainers look brand new and for such a reasonable price. This is such a great way to save money and the planet. Quick turnaround and great customer service. Highly recommend!
