I was very much disappointed and upset with the service I received from these agents. I felt as though they were dishonest and not upfront with me. After I signed the lease agreement and paid the deposit I was told that the agreed rental would be increased just after paying the agreed amount. Imagine being told rent is R6 000 only after signing and paying for it to be told its R6500 all of a sudden. I was not happy At all with their treatment.

I received one of the worse and most poorest service ever from this DREAMVILLE PROPERTIES and the Owner himself by the name of Sandile Nkabinde. My account was debited on the last day of my notice period and refused to refund my money. He refused to refund my deposit as well. After i reversed the debit order because I don't owe him any money. He refused to refund my deposit and listed me as a defaulter without a valid steps being followed if indeed I owe him money. He also send me a dodgy invoice around the 5th when i demanded my deposit after I have vacated the flat saying interest on an overdue amount which I don't know about and eviction order fees which i am not aware of which equals to the deposit money. He firstly said there are damages on the property but he noticed that he has no leg to stand on in this one and he changed the tune by sending dodgy invoices just to keep my deposit. Please be careful out there!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with this company, the leasing process was so smooth and the move in and move out too, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Run I tell you, because they will run with your deposit, keep at it yeah but one day you will mess with the wrong person who won't take y'all's bull

Very little knowledge of properties and the industry...jealous and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend him or his company to anybody!

Dreamville Properties have very experienced personnel. I attended a viewing with them and they were able to offer a broad range of properties for me to see.I was able to find my perfect apartment convient for work. I would recommend them any day.

when its time to refund deposit they will give you the run around.its only nice when they take your money but when its time to refund,its a problem.
