Really was the worst experience ever. They didnt have half of the things on their small menu. And on top of that their customer service stinks. Ask them for tomato sauce and never received it. Then we also ordered something sweet where they just never placed the order. We then asked for the bill and 30minutes later and after a small tantrum we got it only. Really guys, for a tourist spot you need to up your game

Great views, friendly staff, good food, cold beer and a reasonable wine selection. The steak main course is particularly tender and tasty.

We popped in to Cruise Cafe looking for a sundowner drink. Ended up having a few tapas as well. We arrived just after 6pm, the place was full at 7pm. Great venue with great views of the lagoon, reasonable prices and great service with friendly attentive waiters. A must visit!

We had a fabulous Mother's Day lunch at the Cruise Cafe...we had such a warm welcome, the service was fabulous and all 5 of us enjoyed our meals ...the prawns were great and hubby loved his burger and the desserts were soooo yummy...

Great spot with good food and views. I absolutely loved the eight seater square tables they are fabulous and social we could all sit together and chat without one person being out of the conversation. There is also a fireplace so great for colder nights! Will definitely be back!

Just had lunch at Cruise Café and it was honestly a 1/10 experience. The food was a total let down, the mussels were rubbery, the service was a let down, forgetting things etc. down to the waitress not even knowing/understanding what a glass of dry white wine is.The “homemade” tartar sauce was old and dry and been left out because the mayonnaise started to darken on the edges of the ramekin. The only things that was nice was the wine and the chips.Please do not waste your time and money here. The most expensive meal we’ve had in Knysna and by far the worst.

Strange experience. Went there the first time; great experience. Great food, great cocktails, great service, great views. Went back the second time, not so great. The same cocktail we had the previous day (R60 in the menu), now more than halved in size and cost R65. Mentioned it to the waitress, got a watered-down version in a different shaped, same sized glass back.

This lovely little restaurant is on the water in Knysna in the most beautiful setting. It was recommended to me by a local friend but it far exceeded our expectations!The staff were friendly and there is a wide selection of food - something for everyone.If you need to stop in Knysna and fancy a bite or refreshing drink in a gorgeous setting, this is the place.
