The older gentleman will rather argue with me than help, i found what i was looking for in the shop after he insisted they don't stock such product and he started helping the person behind me anyway. Unbelievably rude. General purpose undercoat and universal undercoat are the same thing Mr paint expert.

I sent my staff to collect a drum of 20 l paint which I discussed the price in advance with Hester . When my staff went to collect it they wanted to charge me R 400 more and with a take it or leave it attitude and the owner Morkel swore my staff on top of it .As a contractor I do not expect to always pay the same price that I get from another supplier , even if it’s the exact same product , we all have to make a living , but R 400 difference , a really rude attitude and swear me my staff on top of it from the owner of the business , that’s unacceptable and they will NEVER get business from me again.
