I must say It's a truly amazing place for a romantic get away. My boyfriend had booked a picnic on a Saturday morning to surprise me, i must say i was truly mesmerised by the entire set up. The table setting alongside the river was a sight to behold and has kept a memory for myself and my partner , one that we will hold close and cherish foever. We truly appreciated the effort and detail Lethabo Estate put in for creating such a memory, we do look forward to visiting again in the near future to relive the amazing memories.Oh and I must say the pictures on the website don't do much justice to the reality. It's beautiful.

My partner and I went to Lethabo Estate for its Valentine's Day lunch, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, from starter to main, and they also used a lot of organic vegetables and edible flowers grown on the proper which were all great as well. They were super attentive and warm throughout our time there, while the Labyrinth of Love they included as part of the lunch was very creative and enjoyable. Overall, our expectations were exceeded and we will definitely visit again in future.

We visited Lethabo Estate for my daughter's 35th birthday celebration. From booking and personalising the picnic food, to the service, views and food, our experience was out of this world.In addition, I would like to show gratitude to the lady who prepared my daughter's and my vegan spread. For the first time, we felt important, and not an afterthought! Our food was tasty, and balanced with so much variety that it left us speechless.Thank you to the chef for recognising that our preferences are different, and honouring it.

A lovers paradise.For couples this is the best place for romance and intimac. Had couples massage and picnic absolutely fantastic.I still have to explore the whole property and services.

The venue is beautiful, used it for an engagement unfortunately the staff did not communicate arrangements amongst their team and were disorganized on the day. To make matters worse they tried to blame it on the fact that we had arranged it last minute when we had been communicating with them for 3 weeks prior. Quite disappointed in the service given that they say they have done this before. The team is not concise in providing information, they say they will be able to something and when then another team member will say otherwise. Very confusing. Cherry on top they were telling dinner guests that this was a last minute arrangement, so unprofessional!

What an amazing place. Just magical. I proposed to my now wife here in September at the lake side picnic and it was the most beautiful intimate setting. Amazingly kind and friendly service and totally private. Felt like we were the only ones for miles. We just spent the first two nights of our honeymoon here after our wedding day and it has been absolutely brilliant. Great service great food. And just such a beautiful setting to spend with a loved one.

The food was rather terrible. Total scam. Again if we paid like 120pp it would be fine but it was R1300. Rather take the money and go to a nice restaurant like Saint which is what we inevitably decided. But it's our fault there are many complaints so we should have realized it's a scam. Would have gladly paid more if it was just half decent.

Our break to Lethabo Estate was one of the best breakaway experiences that my wife and I have had in years. The immersive tranquility of Lethabo literally makes you forget about everything outside of your holiday.The owner, staff (and pets on the estate) were friendly, warm, attentive and lovely and completed a truly magical weekend birthday away. We were already looking to book our next week here while we were still there!I cannot recommend Lisa and Lethabo enough - a world class experience right on our doorstep!

Wonderful gem away from the hustle and bustle. Picnic by the river is just a wonderful scene from the movies that one would enjoy to experience.Menu is just great… simple put, I enjoyed the chicken so much.One thing to add to menu: bottles of water!
