We popped in for a drink and was told about the Thursday pizza special. The chef was experiencing some difficulties outside her control but kept cool, calm and pumped those pizzas out like a pro. My husband jokingly asked her if she knew what she was doing and she looked him in the eye and said yes. I totally do.Well done Cooks. The pizza was awesome. Everything was perfect and you did great and you nevrr stopped smiling. Don't ever stop being awesome. PS Husband creature says the anchovy ratio was perfect. That is high praise coming from him.

Beautiful hotel. It's a modern and stylish hotel, it gives you a feeling that you are not in South Africa. The entertainment is great, and the vibe is awesome. The most beautiful beaches in the Shelley Point estate. The food is very good. I can't wait to pass by there again.

The hotel is beautiful. It gives off a lovely French colonial atmosphere, it has a few amenities and activities. Their fitness room is a little out of date and poorly kept, they have a lovely cinema and the restaurants are okay but very limited. Otherwise the rooms are well lit and very comfortable - which is where i spent most of my time. I loved it

I firstly have to address the fishy stench/smell/odour that hangs around this place. It really takes your appetite for anything away_ before even looking at the menu. Management has to address this issue with the fish processing plants in the immediate vicinity. Their environmental management plan is lacking.The service provided at the breakfast area is not great. You get a feeling that you are just a nuisance and that they will do you a favour this time around. The manager here needs to clean himself up; he looks depressing. There was a waitress with extra long nails(talons)_ this cannot be hygienic when working with food. Imagine all that bacteria under the long nails.....The room service for ice I cannot falter. Our bags were delivered to our room from the parking area without an issue.The location is great. Beautiful golf course and pool area.I could see the layers of dust that accumulated on the roof beams that carry the thatch; it cannot be easy to keep this clean, but it is possible.Unfortunately I will not venture into this establishment again.

So many things to say, lets start with good first! From an anniversary point of view - the spa is so affordable and the hotel eclectic decor brings romantic Moroccan and European feels. From a family point of view - the female hosts at the Kids club were a highlight! Gosh they made us and our kids happy and feel so safe! I would say that the restaurant (cattle baron) staff needs to up their responsiveness unfortunately, you have to repeatedly call them - but an amazing experience

Very impressed by this hotel.First time visit but surely not the last.Breakfast could go a bit faster but all other services are superior to hotels I've stayed in before.

Really beautiful hotel which has an in-house cinema with complimentary popcorn. Beaches are a few minutes away. Rooms are fully equipped for a stay and bathrooms were extremely neat.Definitely child friendly but rather opt to stay on the ground floor if you have a small toddler.

Ok let start with the positive. The restaurant is beautiful. High ceilings under thatch. Downsides booked a table no reservation. My wife cannot eat gluten or dairy. Oblivious of this allergy problem. Did I want my starter at the same time as my main course!?Service slow & uninformed. Wife asked for a cheese starter & got bread with it . HElLO what did I explain to you earlier.?Given they would I’m sure put themselves in the 4/5 star eating . Wake up !!Sure
