Gave me a price for a piston a head for a brush cutter seems a good price. I'll call in the morning. Pity it was the wrong one. They tried.

They have a really lack lustre attitude towards clients. I went in to look at second hand mowers and found one I liked. They gave me a price on it and wanted to test it in front of me. When they tested it, it had a problem and they assured me that they would fix it the same day or the next at most. It's now 5 days later and they have told me (after I contacted them for feedback) that they will need to find a new shaft. It feels like they don't want my business and have total disregard for their clients.
