We received a good service they are faithfully excellent personal.

I took my pioneer car radio in, as it was casing popping noises & humming while driving, took 2 weeks with me having to call every second day to follow up, then when I get it back, the remote connection is broken, so no power to my amps at all, so we will see how long this time to fix & how many calls I make.

They have been sitting with our Tv for a month and a half. We have to phone to follow up. They were waiting to hear back from Hisense regarding a part, yet it it to much of an effort for them to hold for 40min with regards to the part, it is very clear that they do not want business. Every time I phone he hasn’t looked at his emails yet. No matter what time of day. I think using Hisense would be much better and faster that this place. In all honesty they don’t want your business, putting in a little more, for example a phone call is too much of an effort. Therefore this business will clearly never grow.

No communication just promises every week waiting for spares no phone calls nothing almost 4 weeks

These guys are the real deal!!! Fixed my Sony 65 inch X90H in no time! Quality work. Just don't go late on a Friday afternoon there is a bottle store near by and can get a little shady lol.

Fix my tv in 1 week when I get at home it wasnt right. Took it back its now 7 weeks and everytime i call they have a diffrent excuse
