Tyre Xpress

Yesterday I had a slow puncture , so I drove to Tyre Xpress Tzaneen. What an incredible experience. Top class service . As I got there an african gentlemen came to my car to help me, he was very polite and helpful. Then I asked for Dawie or his son. I regret not getting names. Dawie' s son helped me, I explained my problem and he told me to sit down and relax, apologized for the renovations. It was a few minutes and he came back, showing me a pic of the huge nail in my tyre. Also he explained my options. I told them to pls fix it. I sat in the waiting room, it wasn't long and my tyre was fixed. I was highly impressed by all the staff. Thank you for making my day easier. I will definitely be using you guys again. Your service was excellent. Thank you

Had the worst experience with Tyre express! They are incredibly bad at communication and do not answer their phones, therefore you are left in the dark as to what is happening with your car. They also ordered the wrong parts a few times and it took way longer then anticipated without much explanation!!!! The total bill was unreasonably expensive for the very bad service!!! I will never use their services again...one of the worst experiences I have had!
