Disrespectful staff, and everything is expensive. Be warned your experience will not be warm or kind when you go here.

The worst shopping experienced.Staff had no tact in dealing with consumers, very sarcastic and demeaning when paying, they embarrass you in front of other consumers blurting out that my card was declined and insufficient funds but in fact there was available funds, apologized but in a sarcastic manner, not honest mistake made.Was ripped off for biltong 50g....shelf price was R40 but at till point R51. This was found out only after I had left the petrol station as there was no display screen at the till displaying how much was charged.90% shelves are not marked with prices hence the company BP us just recklessly overcharging consumersI think I should get Wendy Nola on board to investigate this matter, us as consumers are being ripped off with priceless shelves.Staff at Pie counter, very rude, I took my receipt just to show I paid for the pie but attendant wanted to take my receipt which I need as proof of purchases when I exit the shop.Hello Peter website will also log a complaint.Overall very bad service encountered will spread the word far and wide, even with new management taken over it's gone worse. There are better BP Express shops but this on lacks consumer ethics.

This bp with pnp express. No longer takes smart shopper card for loyalty points. They have signs out side which states they have a pnp express. People are being taken for a ride.

Shop is fine but the lady in the day by the wild bean Cafe is so sour . Staff needs to be more friendly. If you hate you job don't take it out on the customers

Great service and the best pepper steak pies

I like this BP, it's near work, always buy muffins on most days. Today however, I got a shock after I swiped my card, not only had the price of an individual muffin gone up, but the 2 for 1 special I was told by the teller is no longer applicable. I pointed to the special still advertised and pointed out that the pick n pay policy is the price displayed is the price you pay, but I got no joy. Really disappointed.

The service here is terrible, especially in the store. If you go there to buy something as simple as coke, make sure you have at least 10 minutes to spare. I learnt that the hard way.

Congratulations to thw new owner. I had vowed never to visit this gas station again due to poor service but the new owner has done a remarkable turn around. The staff is friendly and very willing to provide service.
