WOW - where to begin!! Came to Hermanus for 8 weeks and quickly made The Lab my Sanctuary!! The service was always so professional, the girls went above and beyond to give you the best luxury experience, and every time I visited, I left feeling a million dollars! I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable! I paid them weekly visits and sometimes by-weekly! Beata really got to know me as a client and tailor made all my treatments to suit. She quickly became my go to therapist and I will always come back to her to this fabulous place! My heartfelt gratitude also goes to Nash for giving me the best hair treatments and styling, and of course to Sunet and Cayling for my beautiful nails! And last, but by no means least, to the wonderful shampooist!! Her sculp massages were second to none!!! Such an inviting spa experience. The ladies are so professional and caring. The massage was so relaxing, I could have laid there for hours!My nails were so absolutely damaged from another chain-store nail salon - but my nails were fixed and prettied up for my surprise engagement and I left with a HUGE smile and some sound nail and hair care advice. These ladies are phenomenal at what they do!!
