I am not an easy customer. I like to be treated professionally. I like to get all the facts and l like things done quickly. Deborah was on time, on the ball, friendly, accommodating and very patient. I needed to find a place quickly and she handled everything like a pro. I am happy to be part of the family now, as one of her colleagues said. I know that there is someone looking out for me.It is worth the contract fee and even the credit check fee to get a good agent on your side. I worked in real estate and finance companies. Credit checks are not free and showing up with a smile on your face for the many time-wasters and people who know they don't have a good credit record is not for the faint-hearted.If you think you should get paid for your time, then paying someone a contract fee to get you what you really need shouldn't be a stretch.

Friendly helpfully staff

If you are a foreign national steer clear of this place. They’ll gladly take your money for the credit checks and then string you along for 2 weeks before using your non resident status as an excuse not to rent. Should get zero stars, but there isn’t that option.
