The product might be good but your Installer Christiaan from @Fire was horrible- installation was done pathetically, he had to return - also messed that up and we had to get someone else in- Arrogant person with no regard to service- He placed the chimney pipe next to a plaste water pipe- really an unhelpful poor service!!! Really breaks The Calorie name

A must to shop to visit. Just of Lynnwood road and Albeth Street. All your wintry blues will be wiped away. A heater is a must in these ESKOM's twitchy electricity. Pellets, gas or farm cut wood mini logs to fuel your fire. Lifetime warmth and easthetics your home sorely requires.

Dont bother, they only sell wood pellets to you if you bought a fireplace from THEM.

Very helpful with expert advise. All the fire places are sophisticated and built for high performance odourless indoor heating. Wood and pellet fired. A must visit if you are considering an alternative to electrical or gas heating which will also be a focal point in your home. Not cheap however. Advisable to engage with them early in a building project to allow for the specific requirements for effective system to be incorporated in the planning

Wow , worst experience in retail ever, broke a small part on a 20k oven and was told its to small for them to care , in those words. Find any other store would be my recommendation.
