Good selection of hardware products. Friendly helpful staff. Have a bit of an issue with trusting their customer. The staff have to hand carry the items for purchase to the cashier's till. Really strange mentality.

I wish to single out a employee by the name of Hershel, his expert help and advice is of the highest order! Thank you for your assistance in trying to find suppliers of durabar,as you had no stock! I wish we had more people like you around in hardware stores where one walks around looking for assistance!

Excellent customer service. The staff work as a team, have a positive attitude and know where everything is. Alzanic Plaatjies was particularly good. I live in Plett but will be doing my shopping at Build It Knysna.

The owner is NOT very helpful. When I want to exchange screws what I bought there het didn't want to help us. Yes I've lost my cash slip. But it was less than R 40. AND I've spend R508 that day. They deserve 0

Their prices are compatible with other hardware stores. Their sales staff is a bit young and in-experienced. Their service could use an upgrade

Terrible service up to date especially delivery services. Dirty broken boards delivered. Even though it was brought under their attention they still left it with one short. I personally went to the shop the next morning and my complaint was treated very nonchalant and a promised to pick up the their defective goods asap. 4 days later it's still lying at my house. I went as far as to pay for another type of board to hasten the process but nothing. I have lost time and money because the carpenter is sitting idle and my place was suppose to be completed Wednesday and today is friday. I will never make use of their services or encourage anybody to do business with buildit
