The receptionist lady is plain rude. I received horrible service from the nurse who drew my blood. I am unhappy because she inflicted so much pain on me while drawing my blood. There was loadshedding on the 14th of April 2023 at 15:45 so I had to use my phone’s flashlight to assist her in seeing what she was doing. To top it all off, she was having a conversation on the phone while drawing my blood thus inflicting more pain. She was well aware of that. I am truly disappointed and livid with the service I received from her.

Excellent service, but an Appointment system would work much better for the Dentist, waiting for 2 to 3 hours in the waiting area to see the dentist is no fun.

I am not happy with the Receptionist guy he is pure rude, he can't assist when there's loadshedding had to wait for 45mins. Otherwise the doctor was the best.

Dr's service us perfect but the male admin staff are not helping,even if you would ask for them to scan and fax he refused qnd said he doesn't know how to,so why os he there.male admin staff its a zero and me being their he needs to be happy because he will hqv a salary.

They can't assist when they have load shedding and you are using medical aid. Better phone or check their load shedding schedule before going all the way for nothing
