Worst experience ever at a pet store. I have been there a few times and the consultant is not friendly or helpful. To crown it all my experience this morning was the worst after buying a pack of hooves, doggo bone and a marrow bone I arrived home to discover it has cockroaches inside the packet of the hooves. I double wrapped it and put it in the bin so that it doesnt spread anywhere. I then called the owner who did not listen to my complaint but after a while said I can come fetch my money only to be met with the unfriendly consultant who refused. I left the doggo bone there as well and they did not even want to reimburse me for that. Think twice before going here not worth the trouble. Zero accountability for contaminated pet food
