Nobody answers the telephone. Tried for 3 days in a row!! Rang for 5 minutes!! Eurita is the rudest person ever and will dissuade you from ever phoning again. Some materials on back order for 12 months. Payments are not checked and the customer is always wrong.

unprofessional consultants,you call either no answer or they answer and always in a hurry and never get back to you,if they dont hang up on the call.poor service so far since december 2019 to date.

They are either too busy to answer or too busy to get back to you. I have been struggling to get my account status corrected for a while now, calling multiple times. I have even received items that I didn't order and it was charged to me - I even struggled for 3 months to get the item collected.
