I bought a thermostat for my E46 a month ago only to find out that its faulty.i took it back where it tested faulty by the salesman only to be told it had to be send away to re tested.my mechanic could not wait and bought a new one from the same store which work 100%.i went there today sat 23rd and was told of a back log of stuff and that the part i bought is still waiting in line.i dont think after this expierience and many years of buying my spares there that i would recommend or even support this store anymore.it really left a bitter taste in my mouth.
