Fast cheap and thoroughly done. Doctor was very gentle with my cat and talked through the possibilities with me. Cheapest vet you will find anywhere in the vicinity. Kittycare Durban also have a great relationship with this vet

My experience was nothing short of miserable. Firstly i decided to neuter my kitten and I went twice to the animal clinic. On both occasions I met with Ms Sanisha Moodley. I was concerned about my pet and she had answered my questions regarding the procedure which i appreciated. She is a warm and considerate person who actually gave me the peace of mind I needed to book my kitten in for the procedure. The day of the op she was not available and i proceeded to admit my kitten and this is where the nightmare begins. I get a call and hour later from Dr Hargovin telling me that my kitten has not responded to the anaesthetic very well and they are going to flush it out of her. What frustrates me is she tells me there are lots of options for persian cats other than the anaesthetic because they are known to experience problems with breathing. So my question is before the procedure shouldnt these highly qualified people explain the options to the pet parents so they know all the risks associated and decide on the best option. Then i get told to keep my baby warm after 3hrs of misery and trauma when I did have a blanket for her and trust me she will be kept very warm in my care after finding her on a newspaper in a cold cage after all the trauma she experienced. I get billed for flushing the anaesthetic out which is fine by me. But on principle she wasnt booked in for that. Now my message is clear if u wish to work with pets use ur knowledge to advise people. Spend some time with clients and advise them a few options. Since u billed me for nothing if by some miracle I came there again bill me for a blanket and cover my pet if she is cold or request that we bring a blanket and lastly have the decency of calling to find out how the pet is doing after everything she has experienced in ur so called care.

Dr Singh is one of the rarest vets whose number one priority is the wellbeing of our animals than making a huge check of his patients. He has attention to detail and always gives each of his patients a full and attentive insight into any operation, cleaning, etc.

Recently took my cat there after a fight which resulted in a limp. The doctor worked so well with my little guy and was really courteous with us. Answered all our questions with clarity and they are very reasonably priced, will definitely be back!

Dr Singh one of the most caring and friendly vets in the whole of South Africa...he truly is devoted in his vocation and love of the pets unparalleled. Always willing to take time to discuss matters and really loves his job.I travel further to go to this location but will gladly do so as our pets get fantastic assistance and care and love.....

I took my baby feline to them. They are the best. I previously went to another vet in durban north and had a horrendous experience there and they even took so long to send tests results to VetCare to treat my cat. But when I brought my boy to Vet care, they were so kind and caring and Dr Gowin was amazing. She was so caring towards my baby and kind to us. We lost our baby today due to being very ameanic, a very sad day for us but Dr Gowin comforted us and showed compassion towards us which we would never have had from that horrendous vet in durban north. VetCare is the best and I trust them with my babies.
