Trailers do not have number plate lights which is a requirement for road worthiness. No Jocky wheels so unless you're a professional body builder you're going to struggle to hitch larger trailers.staff do not understand gross vehicle mass and tare weightgross vehicle mass and tare

Disappointed! NO STARS!Terrible customer service for the owners of this establishment !Rented a trailer for 3 weeks, to travel to JHB, paid in full up front, received a trailer with 7 year old tires, the first tire exploded after 8 hours on the road, the spare was old and had a plug in it, no wheel spanner supplied (wheel nut was a different size to the tow vehicle), no jack supplied. We decided for our own safety to fit 2 new tires in Bloemfontein. The company has flatly refused to refund us for the new tires and think it's safe to supply unroadworthy vehicles to their customers!

Great place. Awesome price, multiple branches.Trailer was in great condition. Everyone was helpful and things went without a hitch (trailer pun, the trailer itself most definitely had a place to hitch it to my car).

New Staff is so much more efficient. I love that I have an option not pay via EFT.Would be a value add if they have a YOCO or something like that too.In a scenario where I don't have internet banking on my phone or my battery is dead... then paying by Card is ideal.But.. Love the NEW CLEAN OFFICE in Milnerton.It's a welcome and refreshing change from the way it use to be a few years ago when Marius worked there.

Great experience and customer service!!I hired a trailer from One Way Trailer Hire in Milnerton and had arranged the booking in advance. On the day of collection the trailer was ready and it was a very well maintained trailer and the quality of the trailer overall was of a very high standard. The admin and collection of the trailer was quick and easy. Also to mention this trailer was used from Cape Town to Johannesburg and we had absolutely no issues with the trailer on the road. And drop-off at a partner trailer company was easy and we received our deposit back in full. I highly recommend this trailer hire company.
