I am unable to get my financial statements for year ending 28 Feb 2020 which I had paid for. They ignore my communication and don't return calls. I have asked another accountant firm to help and they have the same problem. I would not recommend them after this. I was using them for years with no problem. Then Covid arrives and they don't seem to know how function anymore. I am not sure they are still operational??

These guys do accounting, but what gets them a poor review is their attitude towards clients. I’ve just moved as a result and couldn’t be happier that I’ve moved away. Everything was a hassle and on more than 1 occasion I was “told off” by my accountant... I think they forget who the client is and who owns the business.
