WASTE OF MONEY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I decided to get quite a large tattoo for my 21st birthday and Nicole Pansegrouw completely ruined my tattoo. I described in detail what I wanted and showed her pictures of exactly what I want and she agreed. She also rushed me as I was explaining, which was rude. It was my 1st tattoo so I didn't know what to expect, but she assured me she would do it like the examples I showed her. When she was done I was shocked at how badly she ruined my tattoo and I left feeling completely disappointed. When I set up a follow up appointment, I arrived at her shop only for her to cancel the appointment in the last minute. When I eventually did see her for the next follow up, I explained to her what I want her to change and she told me that it's too late now and it's not possible to make the changes I requested. I eventually got those exact changes that she said was not possible done at another tattoo artist in Durban, which shows what a lousy tattoo artist Nicole is. Tattoos are not something to play around with, people should take their money somewhere else and save themselves the disappointment.
