Lovely showroom and great customer service...

What a pleasure to view the different colors of poolcrete at the showroom. The effect of the different colors are shown in a pool , It made my choice a lot easier. Thank you to the staff at the showroom for being friendly, professional and answering all our questions re this part of the installation of our swimming pool.

We visited Cemcrete showroom and liked the counter top they had on display. We were told that we could only get it through their installer network consisting of only 2 installers. We got installer 1 to give a quote, and we then received a call from the second installer Harry Nel. Harry got our number from Cemcrete. He laughed at the first quote and pleaded for a chance to beat it. We allowed him to quote and he gave a much better price. We double checked with Cemcrete who gave Harry an unqualified endorsement..Long story short, the project was a disaster. Harry conned us into choosing a inferior finish to the one we saw in the showroom, he took our sizeable deposit and placed a subcontractor on the job who did an awful installation..Our renovation has been substantially delayed, and we are left with an extremely disappointing overall product which will cost us a fortune to take out and replace.. Essentially, our renovation has been ruined.Cemcrete (who strongly endorsed the installer and who were very hands-on when we originally inquired) have now distanced themselves completely (on the basis that they cannot take responsibility for installation) and have left us to deal with this on our own, notwithstanding that we got into this situation by following their recommendations and endorsements. Harry Nel has naturally taken off (and has told the subcontractor to come after us for the money that Harry owes them).

Cemcrete is such a bad product, it doesn’t last and often falls apart in one or two week. Cemcrete also accepts no responsibility for their product failing
