This is the best shell in sea point area in my opinion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a vida e coffee store inside. The petrol attendants are quick and responsive. The manager is also a nice man and helped me check security footage when my wallet fell out my pocket.

The guy who helped me basically treated me like I'm dumb and then when I gave him more than what was owed, he took the change and walked away and immediately started helping someone else so he didn't have to talk to me.

Very fast service. Great entry point for low cars, everything is neat and organised.Tyre pressure pump works and attendants are great.

Really bad service. I was really out of petrol and he kept asking me to move there and there. There was only one guy and the rest was sleeping. I could see them sleeping

Worst customer service at this Shell Garage. A brand I've known my whole life, filling up across the country at their garage. I am such a fan I signed up for V Power loyalty. Today I tried to used my points and the system was not working...the MANAGER starts shouting do you have points? Do you know how to check your points?" Very embarrassing

This Shell is a hit and miss. Depending on the attendant you get. There is one guy in particular that is very rude. The rest of the guys are great. If you are unfortunate to get that guy either have a big tip in your hand otherwise you will be checking your own tyre pressure, oil and water.

Always good service her with a smile :-) The only snag is if you are parked at the third petrol pump, you need to wait for everyone to finish in front of you before you can exit the building/premises.The is a cafe/convenience store here. They are pretty pricey as well so make sure you are prepared to pay the high prices.
