What a horrible service! You guys really embarrassed us as a family, we were unable to offer our uncle a dignified funeral.. we had to beg and arrange things for ourselves. Upon arranging things (source taxis, tent chairs and toilet) for ourselves as per our discussions you guys failed to make the agreed payments to the service providers. The guy that was assisting us from the Newcastle branch gave us a very stinking attitude and showed zero manners. He was calling and shouting at us saying he is doing us a favour"for the service that we PAID for? We did not even have flowers for the casket

Nice service they arrived early they gave me all the services I was so happy

Poor service. Poor administration. No updates on changes affecting policies. They use reckless taxi drivers for mourners. Stay away from this service provider

The most DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL people to work with!!! Seems the bunch of people working there don't know what their doing!! I would never use this service provider they will cause you emotional trauma!!

The deased passed away on the 13th, I made a claim on the 17th, funeral was on the 23rd and to this day they still promising that they will make a payment.. I have been taken from Pillar to Post. Don't ever use this undertaker.

Was burying my uncle today, these guys were 45 minutes late!!!
