I wish there was a zero star option for the service/workshop department. Over promise and under deliver seems to be the way of Hyundai Northcliff. I hope Mr Darren Naidoo, dealer principal of the branch gets notified of this absolute dissatisfaction and just like his service department staff gets back to me sometime this year still. The worst service I have ever received from a dealership and this after buying a brand new Hyundai Venue N-Line" cash earlier this year... Let's talk

Took my car in for a first service, they kept on calling me that my car was ready for collection. But when I collected it my KM hiked up from 7000km to 14 000 KM and also on the display there was a screwdriver and a time thing. I called them and they said I should bring it back and didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. Am so disgusted by their service

A HEADACHE DEALERSHIP: These guys are enjoying my hard earned money I wasted in them. I hate myself for trusting these guys. The car broke down three days after collection. I took it back and they claimed to have fixed it but, guess what, I am fixing it from my pocket now. Just give them your signature and you are in for a headache. Never, never, and never try these guys.

Thought we were the only ones to be taken for a ride by this dealership however after reading other reviews- it is clear that these time wasters have a trend of showing you vehicles, receiving your personal documentation, applying for finance and after gaining approval.... they advise that the said vehicle has been sold. This is the experience my husband went through this week. Dealer principal has yet to call back and advise on why the vehicle was sold to a 3rd party after knowing an application was already approved for said vehicle. Is this about kickbacks? Very suspicious and questionable business practices at this dealership.

Reading the other reviews now and it makes sense. Bought a Golf 7 R cash purchase. Problems within the first week. Headlight loose, water/heating problem and a funny noise. Took it back to the dealership and the workshop checks and says they have to order a headlight. Before even reaching home, all warning lights come on and the electronics/power steering etc goes off. Booked in at Patrix.DP now informs that they wont be covering anything. It is clear that they sell mechanically questionable cars and with no remorse or accountability. Steer clear if buying pre-owned from here.
