Hierdie is absoluut die SWAKSTE diens ooit! Ons honde was vanaf 7:30 tot 2:15 daar, GEEN water nie, was al 3 saam in hok gesit vir die lang tyd en asof dit nie erg genoeg was nie, het hul die heel slegste haar snye gekry. Happe in hul hare, hulle is op paar plekke raak geskeer, ons terrier wat wit is, was nog so vuil toe ons hom kry en dan het al 3 soos urine geryk ook! Absoluut SWAK!!! So ons gaan hul nou inelgeval weer self moet bad. Ek sal beslis NOOIT weer my honde soentoe vat nie en sal ook beslis NOOIT voorstel dat enige iemand anders hul diertjies soentoe vat nie! Ek is so teleurgesteld. Julle het my honde getraumatiseer!! Uiters SWAK

Erika and her staff have years of experience with all kinds of difficult animals. They have been operating since 2011 and animal welfare and customer satisfaction is their number one priority. My two Yorkies thoroughly enjoy a visit to Beauty and The Tramp and they always look and smell lovely afterwards. Keep up the good work.

Ek sal niemand aanraai om hulle hond hierheen te bring nie. Hulle het in die eerste plek ons Pekingese heeltemal kaal geskeer, inplaas van net n trim gegee soos ons gevra het. Die aand, na die besoek aan die parlour, het ons hond herhaaldelik opgegooi en ons het nie geweet wat aangaan nie. Sy het naderhand soveel pyn gehad dat ons haar daai naweek veearts toe gevat het en uitgevind het dat sy n rug plaat beseer het. Ek weet nie wat hulle met die honde hier doen nie, maar hulle hanteer hulle beslis nie mooi nie. Bly liewer weg.
