Floor staff was very helpfull and nice the Cashier and the lady that overide on the till was not very helpfull there attitude was they doing me a favour they were irritated i eventually walked out of the shop and told them to leave the sale.. Will never go there again.. Ladies watever work we do we choose that job so if you a Saleslady a Cashier a Manager or watever treat yor customers the way you would like to be treated when you enter any store

Uncoothed, uncultured and ill-mannered staff. One of your staff ladies made a snarky comment to me, forcing me to take the high road and leave the goods I was going to purchase. Please invest more time in properly training your staff and reiterate to them that you don't pass any derogotary remarks towards clients or even potentional clients. Ombeskofte goed!

Tried to return 2 gifts for a bigger size. Was referred from one staff member to the next. Eventually reached the store manager, only to be lectured about policy at the back of the till slip. She made me feel like she was doing me the greatest of favours by even speaking to me. Eventually was told it could not be done. Certainly did not go to Exact for a return policy education. Worst store in the Western Cape!!!!!!!!!!!
