They responded quickly when I made an appointment for them to check on one of my geysers which did not heat the water. This occurred after Matjhabeng had cut our water for almost 8 days. On 23 December 2021 I arranged with them to attend to my call on 27 December 2021; since I was out of town for the Christmas weekend. Despite the festive season; they arrived early on the 27th; within an hour I received feedback that only the element and thermostat had to be replaced. They forwarded me a detailed tax invoice with photographs of work done before the end of business on the 27th; for purposes of my insurance claim. I was quoted a very reasonable tariff. Very prompt; professional; friendly service delivered with honesty: they only repaired what was needed! I will recommend them as the best plumbers in Welkom!

My wife got them to replace a broken tap/ burst pipe in late 2018. She was charged R700 for this masterpiece. Don't know if it was a private job or she had a booking, but dodgy as hell.

I was kept in the loop with the progress every step of the way. Very unfair service , being given a date a week later then only for it to be cancelled . Very bad service indeed .

Called two weeks ago to ask for a price and was told it will be emailed to me, I didn't receive anything after 2 weeks. Phoned last week again and asked for an estimate again and was told i would get a call back and once again nothing. Decided to go with Plumbwise instead.
