First visit to Safari garden center, I was very impressed with how beautiful and clean it was. Even the animal's cages were clean and well looked after. If you love nature, this is the place to come and relax. The restaurants food was a 10/10 for us, compliments to the chefs.

This place is simply breathtaking. The waterfalls are very pretty and the variety of plants are exceptional. Every time that I've been here there was something new to look at and The chapel area is so beautiful!I would not recommend the restaurant though, I had a pita bread which was nice but the service wasn't. The staff is slow and they forget about you.

Have been here a few times and the garden centre itself is great with a wide variety of flowers, plants and water features. We usually take the kids with go see the animals in but too our surprise the bolted shut the bunnies so no more petting for the kids which was disappointing. I suspect someone didn't follow the rules and and modern society suggest, others need to pay for it.Furthermore, the food quality has gone down. We used to love the nachos. It was arguably or subjectively some of the best nachos in Pretoria. Recently however, they changed it and it was just some hot sauce at the bottom, crushed chips with so toppings on top, definitely not worth the money anymore. Same goes for the kiddies ribs which seemed awfully small. We won't be going again, but still recommend anyone looking for plants, flowers or water features to check them. It's the only reason we are giving it 3 stars.

What a pleasure! I had my birthday lunch at Safari for 26 guests, and from the booking right through to the day, the staff were exceptionally helpful. They even accommodated my husband who couldn't sit due to a back operation with a comfortable chair to lie down. A stunning setting with delicious food at competitive prices - we will be back!

Loved the orchid exhibition, but unfortunately only a few left to purchase. Lovely garden centre and setting. The restaurant's food was not great at all. Service was poo. Food was dry and cold. Ambiance of the nursery itself absolutely tranquil.

What sets this place apart from other Nursery's is that each plant-type has it's own habitat that's been built for them to thrive in. They're not sitting on some boring shelf or isle. This gorgeous spot has a chapel (perfect for weddings) and a fantastic Restaurant with a kids area and a pet farm or the kids!!The building gives me heavy Jurassic Park vibes and I love their little store filled with garden decor, furniture, and compost/soil of ALL kinds!Don't forget to bring a hat and some sunblock if you want to walk around to see the plants! VERY WORTH IT!

By far the most beautiful garden centre I’ve visited. They have everything you can think of and really good prices.

Although there a wide variety of products to shop, the restaurant and petting zoo has lost its touch. The prices are ridiculous, the service is slow and the petting zoo is not that well kept anymore. The monkeys are cute to look at and it is a nice place to walk around on a lazy Sunday but I would advise not to waste your money here.
