It is very unfortunate that I have to give this low rating. I loved to come to your restaurant for meals and always regarded your meals to be top rated. Today I decided to order via Mr Delivery and ordered Mediterranean Hake for me and my husband. It is literally all I got. I am literally fuming right now! Two pieces of oily fish topped with a couple of tomato's and olives for R220!!! I don't know who to blame for the astronomical price and the totally unexplainable midget size of a meal we got, you or Mr Delivery. Look at the photo. Will you be happy with that for two people. Will you be dancing if you paid R220 for it!

The food was amazing. It was perfectly prepared and beautiful presented. I can not fault a single thing. I could have had a second, third or even fourth serving if I was not so full.

One of the best Doppio I have been to. I relocated from Durban to Nelspruit and this is my go to place ! Breakfast is awesome, pizzas are amazing and the people esp Kaylee, are just the best ! Love the vibe, food, people and atmosphere

A gorgeous place to come and have breakfast, with lovely music playing in the background and pleasant anesthetics, this restaurant really boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere for any occasion!The food was delicious, and the coffee was to die for. I will definitely come again and try the main courses.The staff seems kind and helpful although very busy.

As a fan of the Doppio Zero stores I was really glad that the only one that I am aware of in the Lowveld is at least a decent spot. The place is well layout and has a beautiful airy feel to it. The waitresses are friendly and helpful but not in your face. I am a big fan of the cold pressed juices and most of their meals are tasty and interesting. The have a wide selection of cakes and baked goods which can be bought as an extra takeaway. Definitely a favorite breakfast or bunch spot. Highly recommended.

Went to doppio zero for a family lunch, we've tried the mall of Africa brunch and it was great so we were confident going there. We were a group of 4 and another 2 ladies arrived the same time as us. We were given a table that was dirty and had to be cleaned while we sat. We ordered drinks and they came about the same time as the other ladies that came in at the same time as us. We ordered 3 pizzas as my mom was going to share with my brother, the 2 ladies across us received their 1 pizza and 1 pasta and started to eat. We waited thinking we were next. We sat for 1 hour without getting our food, the waitress kept walking up and down serving tables until eventually at the 50th min she came to say we should wait 10 more minutes and we did. After that it was now officially 1 hour and our drinks had finished 20 to 30mins ago. After 10mins went by my mom said we are leaving and she went to ask for the bill for the drinks so we could go look for food elsewhere as it was not happening at doppio zero. While talking to the waitress, the manager came and intervened and my mom explained the whole situation he then asked if we could wait another 10mins and take the food as a take away and my mom said no. It would be 1hr 20mins waiting for a meal so no thank you. We paid our bill for the 4 drinks that we had and left unfortunately without eating the pizzas that we had ordered. I presume the waitress forgot to put our order in when we ordered cause it was not supposed to take that long even the manager agreed of which the waitress countered by saying that they had a rugby crowd to cater to but the rugby crowd had onky just come in 10mins before we left so I don't understand how we sat for over 1 hour waiting for food and other tables were prioritized. When we were leaving the ladies that came in the same time as us had just finished their meals so we should have been just about finishing too. The place itself looked nice, can't rate the food as we never got our food and lastly the service was absolutely poor. Hopefully they can work on this.
