Worst Roman's pizza staff ever that I came across with, as a Roman's Pizza regular customer I passed by tryna have a quick bite. I ordered 3 small bbq chicken, waited for more than 30 mins, I only checked my slip when I was out of the shop of which it was too late my order was wrongly punched, I then noticed the cashier who took my order with the name Tariro who was rude talking in her Shona language as she wasn't aware that I speak shona as well. I was then forced to take that order that got punched wrongly. Instead of paying 3 smalls I ended up paying 3 smalls and a large pizza. I don't know if it works that way?

The pizza was amazing really enjoy it was nice and fresh the service was great points up to the delivery guy he really when out of his way for us to have a great warm dinner. I think roman’s pizza should have more delivery guy like him.

I do not know where to even begin!The crust of the thick base pizza's I ordered and collected this evening was so fresh and still warm! The sauce was also very tasty. All in all everything was simply perfect! I cannot even describe it. I have tasted the exact same pizza at various other Roman's Pizza restaurants, but never was the taste of the pizza so heavenly! The time to collect was 20 minutes, but it didn't even take that long. I think it was only 10 minutes because I was nearby. So big ups @Roman'sPizzaZevenwacht!!! Continue satisfying your customers, because I'm certainly satisfied. More than satisfied!

They put the softest speaking people on the phone and you can't hear them. Then you get there to pick up your order and see people placing orders after yours leave with their pizzas before yours. This is not the 1st time. And a lady stood there scratched in her ears and continued to work with the food without washing her hands. To think we love Romans and have it every week.

Staff needs to focus on time management. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for our order (the store was not that busy) only to be told they skipped our order with no explanation why. Please give training so that this doesn't happen again.

Ordered 4 pizzas today, when I came back an hour later my pizzas were not there and the staff was very casual about it. We mistakenly gave your order to someone else" and they could not be bothered. I had to wait again. To say I am appaled would be an understatement. How do you give someone else my order and be unapologetic about it? Had to wait again for another African minute."
