Clicks Pharmacy Kenilworth

this is the second time i come into your store and because im wearing work uniform i get treated as if im a thief, i was standing at the pharmacy que and because i forgot infact i didnt know that i was supposed to take a ticket your pharmacy lady refused to help me she told me to go get a ticke and stand in the que all i came for was for medication for my baby and she cleary saw i was in work uniform on my tea time when im in normal clothing and i ask for assistance everyone is glad and happy to help a person you shouldn't judge people because of there work uniform that is clearly whats happening here. I always shop at clicks for whatever my baby needs but i tell you i wont be doing that anymore poor customer service!

Absolutely terrible, AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST! Discounts advertised in-store don't come off. Tellers scan things twice instead of once. Always have to check my slip or head back because of some or other error. Now that the shop has changed things around, one cannot even find basic things like packs of tissues for your handbag and staff have to fetch it from the back. Lastly, someone helped me on the floor and pointed me to an aisle and said the item I am looking for is at the end of the aisle, stood for ages looking for it, only to have someone else to help me and lead me to a completely different aisle on the opposite side of the store. Waste of time!

One of the better Clicks that I have been to. The pharmacists at the counter can sometimes seem very disinterested but I have had a couple who have been very friendly and helpful.I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Sister on duty - Sister Maker. She was friendly, followed up with me after our consult and even remembered that I'd mentioned having my child come in for a check up and called to see if I'd like to make an appointment. She made me (and later, my child) feel very comfortable and relaxed. Definitely my favourite Clicks sister!

Long lines. Slow service. Pharmacist gave me incorrect medication. Ordered vaccines and when I was told stock arrived, I booked an online appointment. Then got a call that stock was given to someone else I will have to wait again. Ended up going elsewhere.

One of the worst Clicks stores to go to. There are never enough till operators to assist customers as we stand in super long queues. Management does not seem to do what their title stipulates - to manage. It’s ridiculous that you have stand for more than 10 minutes in a line when there are a total of 12 till points and only 3 till operators available. When I asked where is the rest of their staff I was politely told that they were all taking a tea break. Pathetic

Hie there I was at your store at 15:34 and bought toiletries and EXTREME Hold GEL and it's Missing Meaning your Cashier By the name CHANE didn't pack it but Rang it and let Me pay for it Yet not pack it I will be there tomorrow So you Can Pull up your footage I have heard stories on Tiktok and these Kind of theft your Cashiers are doing best believe this Is Not expected from such an establishment I'm very disappointed enough to come there first thing in the morning also if I could draw a zero on that star and your staff members are rude for no reason

Third time I visited this store and for the third time my interaction with those supposedly there to assist on the floor, I experience no sense of urgency, no eager assistance... well Very Poor customer service. Would not go to this store again. I'd frequent Diskem rather.

I am absolutely shocked by the rudeness of the staff here.. reading the reviews I am realising that this is actually a norm. Appalling!

This branch truly merits the low rating. I was kept waiting at the till as the cashier needed my Clicks Card to be authorised by a supervisor. She went to call one and we waited to no avail. The cashier went to call the supervisor again. Eventually I gave up on the time wasting, paid, and left.

Terrible Clicks branch, avoid it and find another. My partner was accused of shoplifting and forced to pay for a product that he didn't want and thought had been replaced on the shelf - an honest mistake. Manager was unreasonable and obstinate. Seems to be a trend at this Clicks. Will not return Especially, as a previous visit included a disinterested and uninformed pharmacist at the self-medication counter.
