I visited Ms Pillay's practice experiencing alot of pain and reduced rotation in my neck region. I can happily report that after two sessions I'm healed!The experience was professional, warm and informative.I was provided with apps and advice on how to avoid future situations and methods of handling pain and inflammation anticipated after my sessions.I highly recommend this practice!

I went to Sumeshnee with severe neck, shoulder and back pain.I had 3 sessions with Sumeshnee. She also gave me stretching exercises to do on a daily basis and i can honestly say that i was pain free a few days after my 3rd session.She considered all the information that i provided her regarding my work, lifestyle and habits. She looked at my posture for the reasons that could have caused the pain. She made me aware of what to do and what not to do to prevent posture and habits that can lead to pain in the future.She was always professional and i have already recommended her to all my family and friends.Thank you Sumeshnee.

I had severe upper and lower back pain, nodes as well that were sore.Sumeshnee treated me with needling and physical therapy, ever since I feel much better, back pain almost gone, less discomfort after physical training, my mobility has increased, she also adviced me about stretching and warming up before and after exercise. I met Sumeshnee ten years ago when she was the resident physiotherapist for the Association for the Physically Challenged. She demonstrated great care and professionalism to her patients then and continues to uphold the same standards of practice now. Both myself and two other friends have used her services for various pain related issues...she not only helped us with our various ailments...she also follows up to check up on whether there has been any improvement from the last session. She is a kind and ethical practitioner who maintains a consistent standard in all the time I have known her.
