Very unprofessional, I had an eyebrow wax appointment with them. Decided to take an Uber instead of driving there because I’m highly pregnant. Biggest regret, I stood outside their gate looking like a fool. No one bothered to answer the phone or to even come outside. I could see them inside and I’m sure as hell they also saw me. Terrible business etiquette.
