The most horrible service I have ever received.Very unprofessional lady called Mmamodike not helpful didn't seem interested at all.For a big store that sells good brands like that such people are a total turnoff and don't deserve to be there.

The staff are very rude I went to buy a phone which was on sale ,they had the phone but they could not sell it to me because it was on sale they noticed that when I needed the phone that is on sale they changed the story saying the phone is damaged how can a sealed phone be damage they are unhelpful I don't wish going back to that store.Noma even called a security for me for no reason..

Called the Rosebank shop because I was referred from the sandton branch . I had been told that the item I wanted was in stock in that shop . On calling Mpumi answered my call and told me the watch was not available because her colleague had put it aside for herself which was very disappointing , on top of that Mpumi kept me on hold for 5minutes and was very rude .

Dropped off a smart watch more than three weeks ago. Aside from the rude and dismissive customer service in-store where I was told they don't sell the watch (I went to Foschini and Sportsmans Warehouse after and their staff were nice and sent me back to American Swiss), I have also been waiting more than 3 weeks for an assessment. They won't refund me until they do the assessment but clearly they are dragging their feet on the assessment.
