Very bad serviceWent to the store and I had to wait for a lady to do her packing of the items on shelves before she could assist me. I had to wait about an hour while she's busy packing no that's not good.

Friendly customer service and support that you can trust and get you what ever you need.Have good selection of second hand products...

I was browsing in store and saw an ad on one of Cash crusaders screens for GTA V claiming they will pay R150 for it and sell for R220. I came back a few weeks later and was offered only R80 for the game. I also had some other stuff that I wanted to get rid of that was in my way like a lawnmower and weed eater. I showed the buyer pictures and specs of the items and he said they will pay between R1500-1600 for both. I came back the next day and was offered only R800. Not happy that I wasted my time and money to go there.Rude and unwilling to help today. Cashier just standing and apparently she’s helping another customer, but just standing for something like 10 minutes. After a while a saw earphones partly behind the counter and started to look at earphones to buy. I then saw a set that I liked and took them from the rack. The cashier then told me I am not allowed behind the counter, but was unwilling to help me and was still just standing behind the counter. She could see me browsing for earphones because she was quick to reprimand me for getting them, but while I was browsing she did not offer to assist. She was “helping” the other customer, but not doing anything. I exploded, because even when entering the door, the staff there wanted to assist, but I knew what I wanted, only this cashier that was lazy, or just having a bad day and deciding to take it out on customers. Not going there again

Guy's its a mistake to go to them for example when you give something in to borrow on they give you less than the selling price today my difference was 250/600,i would strongly recommend Cash Converters because they dont play with the prices like that,this one is on me but i would never use these guys again in my life.

The staff at the counter of this store is generally not easy to interact with. They seemed to have sucked unpalatable lemon. Unfortunately, this applies to ladies. They can make you wait unnecessarily while they are more than one at the till, even when one is not occupied. I've been a client of this outlet since my days in the conservative Bloemfontein, and here I expected different environment, but I'm disappointed.

Had a bad experience at this store today. Went with my mother to look for a tablet for my grandmother, hardly any information could be given about the product, the price shown in the case was incorrect. After purchase I realized there was no charger, which I asked for and was told it doesn't come with a charger and clearly not a box either (the box is understandable). The tablet was advertised as one with a cable, which is why I asked. He responded that no, it doesn't come with one but he'll give us one, handing me the charger (photo attached) which is absolutely filthy.I had to walk out of the store with a tablet in my hand, as we weren't even offered a plastic bag for the product.Not happy with the service whatsoever.

Very poor service from staff members. No manners, no pride in their jobs. Wanted to fetch my lay bye today but received such poor service, I am going to cancel my lay bye and take my business elswere, I wil never do any business with this store again. Pathetic service

I will never go to this store again they give you next to nothing for your stuff but people they know or friends they give good prices...i was there this morning and the person in front off me sold an item and i had the same 1 but better quality. They gave me half!! they money that they gave the guy in front off me and it's not the first time this happened to me. I'm so not happy...!!

The disk from the Xbox 360 game my son picked was missing. Only one lady on the till and it was month end. Try to speak to the manager but she just kept on walking away mumbling something about another lady being on lunch.
