Food is awesome here however the staff could be more polite and less attitude. They seem over worked and are unable to comprehend and take correct orders. Taking an order seems like they doing us a favour. Please find better staff who appreciate their jobs.

Ordered a few things. Came just in time. It was hot and fresh. The lady who took my order did so correctly, she was friendly and so was the driver. Overall good service.

For a busy fast food outlet their staff is engaging and friendly. They have not once given us a wrong or late order. Pick up is quick and easy. Staff are professional and advise you if there will be a delay to their normal 10 minutes readiness for a pizza or 2. Very reasonable prices. Always have specials and combos. Kid friendly environment to eat in as well.

I had thee worst experience ever from the unfriendly staff to the rude store manager. I received under cooked pizza and when I called Yusuf (Manager)he agreed to replace my order. When I got to the store, I received my order but was told that I won't get the 1.5 litre cold drink that cames with my order because 'The coke was not cooked by Roman's pizza and there was nothing wrong with it'. My time didn't matter, my fuel or my overall experience as he continued to urgue with me.

I really enjoyed the special of 2 large n a coke plus dessert for r20. The pizza was perfect. Deep base is my new fav. The chocolate pie dessert was delicious. Everything was fresh n delicious. Thank you Romans Phoenix plaza.
