These guys are just out for money period, I've spent 7years of my life studying, and on the day of my graduation, I choose to use these people's service as they were at the event. God knows the quality I got for my money you spoiled my memories with your pathetic service!!!

stay away from this photographer , the worst service ever. 70 days for us to be sent a few digital graduation photos !! there are so many other people around that offer good services!

Pathetic service offered, cashier has no customer ethics, does not explain packages, think that all Customers are familiar with photography terms, hence gave me tge comple oppostute of what as asked for.Learn to greet clients and a smile wont hurtI feel disgusted to deal with this company its the first and last.Dont ever come here! If u want good service.

Poor service. Took over 4 months to get my parcel. It only happened after making follow ups everyday. Customer service is very poor. There could be some room for improvement.

Extremely great service from our Photographer David, very welcoming and accommodating as they made the entire experience fun. They allowed our Beagle to join the shoot as well and didn't mind him as he sniffed he's way around their lovely office. The pictures came out fantastic and will HIGHLY Recommend their services as I would personally use them again. Very strict when it comes to Covid procedures and this was a huge plus

I graduated in July and it’s December now with no pictures. The communication is bad and I have tried to query multiple times and nobody helps me, they don’t even know how to tell me the status of my pictures. I do not recommend them at all.

Have been waiting for graduation photos. First they said 30 working days then it became 45 working days I said ok. I advised them on the 47th worthing day where are my pictures. They advised 10th August. 10th August came and went no digital photos and no actual photos via the courier. Pathetic service and then i get blocked on whatsapp as well. This is since May. Total waste of money and no graduation photos.

No sense of urgency on the organization part. There been back and forth emails. No feedback given to students. Students paid upfront in july and now its almost November more than 70 working days. The individual whom is incharge of the business email and business whatsapp is of a poor caliber and not representing the organisation of Image factor correctly. Due to his/her incompetence many students are left frustrated due to poor replies and no updates. *Charity Dlamini.
