i would absolutely HIGHLY recommend Wolf Brothers. as a first time buyer i had a million questions, Robert who is one of the Directors was more than happy to answer efficiently and effectively,even at 10pm at night. they went above and beyond for this difficult customer, right down to measuring gem sizes for me,with no complaints whatsoever. if you want an individual and personal experience when buying your lifetime keep-sakes i would definitely recommend going with Wolf Brothers to make your purchase seamless. excellent customer service!!!

We were helped by Nthabiseng while shopping for rings at Wolf Bro's. She was so polite and helpful, we were made to feel like we were her only customers in the whole world. And because of how she treated us we did not bother going anywhere else to shop. So we had a great experience and got beautiful unique rings at the same time.

Telephone is constantly engaged you simply cannot get through any time of day, the service is also terrible we have waited two months for a simple Titanium ring and still heard nothing. Myself and my fiance are leaving to Mauritius in two days time and still have no ring. Do not expect anything from this Jeweler!

Terrible communicators. I had to follow up every step of the way. I understand that things may take longer than you anticipated, and the process is out of your hands, but let me know. The watch took two months longer than it should have done and I received silence. I had to email, call, and follow up to find out what was happening. I am still waiting for the promised invoice and list of works. Just an unpleasant, awkward experience.

Was informed ring would take 8 weeks, give or take as it needs to be crafted first. Proposal holiday booked in 10 weeks.After 9 weeks I had to follow up, took a few days to get some kind of answer and been informed of delays and it'll be another 4 weeks.I had to arrange a cheaper alternative since holiday deposits were no refunds and couldn't reschedule.After waiting until new due date arrives I get informed of more delays, no new ETA given.A whole 15 weeks and 3 days in total ring finally arrives and I can collect.Item description is Rose Gold Diamond Ring.Item received is rose gold and what appears to be white gold... Two toned ring?Noticed way too many differences between website picture and what I received. Ring is bent and just generally poor craftsmanship, rushed by the looks of it. How can it take 15 weeks and still turn out like this? Didn't even wanted to get it sorted as it might take another 15 weeks.Certain things cannot be helped, that I understand but this experience was on a whole new level and was simply just shocking.

Very unhappy about the service we received lady working there took a ring for a copy quote said she would keep in touch. after several weeks we had to follow up with her about the progress of a quote very rude and incompetent will not refer them to anyone.

The most amazing service from the ladies at this store. Great energy! Loved my first experience there! Well Done and keep it up!

I would definitely recommend this Jewelers.I phoned to see if they had what I wanted, and was pleasantly assisted.I then decided to go to them.I was dressed poorly and having a bad hair day, yet they still treated me with respect.
