I took my car in for a quote for service and oil leak by the oil filter. I was quoted R4000. 00. I asked Jean to go ahead. I picked up the vehicle and noticed the EML came on, I immediately took it back, he said due to the engine being washed it will subside as I drive. Went to spar in the afternoon, car was smoking excessively. Got home, opened the bonnet and noticed engine wasn't washed and a wire that connects to the expansion bottle was disconnected. The car was not idling properly. I took it back this morning and Jean became very aggressive. He then changed the oil and disconnected the airflow meter. I asked him about the snapped wire, he said the swith on the bottle was damaged. I asked him why he didn't contact me prior to cutting the wire then I could have replaced what needed to be replaced and I got no answer, he just became more aggressive. Prior to taking the vehicle in the only problem I had was the oil leak at the oil filter and nothing else. Now I am sitting with a whole lot of other issues. I should have taken my vehicle to a BMW dealer in the first place. I have learnt my lesson and will never go back there and will never refer anyone there. Try to save a little I lost a lot, now I have to take the vehicle to BMW. The R4000. 00 I paid was wasted. I don't think an Inspection 1 service was carried out on my vehicle. I'm fuming.

Took my daughter's BMW there for a diagnostic check.The owner is really an awesome person.The workshop clean and well kept.He diagnosed the car and gave me a breakdown of the repairs that needed to be done as well.There was also no fee charged for the diagnostic check.Really good service
