It was my first time buying and registering a car in South Africa so I was a bit nervous about the process. From the moment I met Jordi (the dealership owner), I immediately felt that I could trust him. I did not have a car (that is why i was buying one) so he came to my place to make me try the car that I was supposed to buy. Carnections has also provided me with all the necessary support to go through the bureaucracy to register it. I would undoubtedly recommend Carnections to other customers.

Not only did he support me in my trials and tribulations with my financing bank, showing patience and understanding throughout the process - he also provided a world class after-sales service.1. The 2 engine fobs were defective. Did Jordi hide behind the fact that he was only the middle man? No sir! He personally got his trusted sidekick Morris to collect the vehicle and take it to Toyotal to rectify. You literally sense the sleepless nights he had endured knowing I was not entirely happy.2. The non-standard sound system was not reset post-sale and therefore the radio was not working.
