I will recommend Deon and Chi-chi to any dog owner, they are professional and on time. They have good communication skills which is hard to find. They do treat the dogs good and they are well equipped, you dont have supply anything extra. Our dogs that do not get wash like this often had no issues at all to be handled by them. Awesome service . Thank you.

Absolutely phenomenal service, my Peki X has never been this happy getting groomed, Chi Chi & Deon are fantastic, they know how to handle pets and considering my dog has sensitive skin and hasn't experienced any razor burn, thank you Ultimate Pet Care, we will continue to book monthly.I highly recommend UPC to all pet owners!

Deon and his team are absolutely incredible! They are professional, efficient, friendly and my dog (who is a bit anxious) feels very comfortable with them. She looks like a new dog! I highly recommend them.
