Not serious about service in an area where one has many other options. Used them for the sake of convenience. Turned into an inconvenience as I had to return twice to get my repaired shoes. They need some #service101 training. They're not serious about making money. I will use other options.

Just went there to try repair my shoe. The guy turned me back within one minute saying there’s nothing he can do. Stating that my shoe is “damaged” (well obviously that’s why I’m here) Even though I went to other repair shops who gave me a quote with no issue. I wouldn’t recommend going to a shoe repair shop that won’t even try.

Renting out carpet cleaning machines without repairing or doing maintenance work on machines. Issuing equipment with broken parts causing me to make 2 trips back to the shop. Not happy at all.

They dont give you a cash slip when you pay, when I had to collect second part of my collection they insisted I pay again, only received my clothes after paying again, huge fight...so disappointing, pathetic service...

I should have read the reviews before wasting my time, just waiting. Don't bother here. Use your time and money better by going to Builders warehouse
