The vibe of the spa was really relaxing. Change rooms were clean and smelled nice. The stuff were friendly and professional. My massage was really relaxing and it was great to destress. The floatation therapy chamber wasn’t the same as the one I am used to. It wasn’t sound proof and there wasn’t any calming sleepy music, it was really hard to relax and get the benefits of the floatation therapy.

Therapeutic environment with mountain views and greenery.Had an amazing treatment and the masseuse noticed fine things I didn't tell and made recommendations.

We booked a revitalizing couples treatment. The therapists were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. They paid very specific attention to detail when it came to our individual needs for massaging, around injuries etc. We were served tea in the waiting area before our treatment. The changing rooms are beautiful.

I can see how the spa was once a great place to be but unfortunately the interiors and dècor is stuck in the 80's. Upon entering the spa, the receptionist came out of the Relaxation Room where they serve a light snack, water, tea and coffee, with a mouth full of what looked like whatever she could fit in as quickly as possible with dipping sauce running down her chin. This was an embarrassing moment to endure for the both of us. After our incredible massages (the saving grace for this review), we asked whether we could make use of the sauna and steam room which they have signs for when you proceed up the staircase, but they said they only have a sauna. We came down to finish our session finding the receptionist playing Solitair on the computer. For the price you pay, you would definitely expect a more professional service. Rather disappointed.
