Supercharged Car Wash

I used this car wash for the first time today. Definitely will not recommend taking your vehicle here. There were chemical stains all over the paintwork, streaks all over the windows, and places missed all over the alloy wheels. For R130 I expected far better. Will never come back here and I highly recommend nobody else does.

The staff are helpful and friendly!Unfortunately the wait was a bit long (1 hour 50 min) and the inside of the car slightly dusty still.All in all a good car wash spot for a reasonable R120 (outside and inside).

My car was not properly washed & wiped. I had to ask them 3 times to clean my car properly but still my car had dust on the cluster. Soft drink I spilled during the week was still there next to the handbrake. The windows were not properly cleaned. The manager said he is too busy & alone in the office

After waiting 1 hour, my dash was still full of dust and I had to return to ask them to clean it. The manager offered a free wash for next time which I declined. I will not be back and don’t recommend this car wash

I had a interior and exterior wash on my BMW X5 two weeks ago. The Supercharged person that opened my doors and sprayed with the power wash to clean the door sills and surrounds got water into the door buttons that operate the windows and wing mirrors. ( the switch located on front door panel burnt out due to water ingestion - BMW confirmed this in a letter) . I contacted the owner immediately he said his insurance would pay he has cover. Shafiq is the name i was given from the owner pertaining to the Insurance company. It has been 2 weeks now. I shared promptly the letter Shafiq requested on WhatsApp from BMW, I shared picture of switch and the burnt board that BMW disassembled for inspection. I have no windows operational. Its wreaking havoc on getting into office parks or any booms. Hope to get feedback and attention from the owner as Shafiq will not share any detail whatsoever on who he is, the insurance company he represents, and relationship to the owner of Supercharged car wash. Nor when this claim will be finalized. He is totally ignoring my requests; and every second day saying on WhatsApp he willrevert back. Steve is ready to go to the ombudsman that regulates your industry practices.

I just paid R200 for a supercharged combo - basically a full wash including hand polish. See the results in the included photo which I took after collecting the car. Save your money, go somewhere else, this place is trash. You’d probably get better service from the guys at the mall who walk around with a bucket.

Always check that your lights or radio aren't mistakenly" switched on while they are cleaning or you'll need a jump start. Bring enough money if paying cash " we ran out of change""

This was one of my worst experiences I've ever had at a car wash. Had a wash and a hand polish. The polish was really the worst ever I've seen. Stripy and patchy. Manager was also so full of explanations and not really trying to help. Now have to go somewhere else to fix their incompetence. Don't bother to do anything then a wash.. nope. Still as bad...

Damaged my work van bumper with a machine polish. Bruce the owner promised to get it repaired. This was beginning of May 2022. After weeks of waiting he referred me to his insurance broker, Shafique from Ultrabiz Group. Months later (October) after numerous follow ups he rejects my claim, my bumper “has other scratches or some kak”. Worst is… when I first contact Shafique, he asks “Which Nissan are you claiming for..” he then mentioned there were other Nissan’s they damaged that month. Shocking!!!
