Your service is non existent. Was so happy to be able to book online for a early spot at 8 am only to arrive to the worst parking area and no stylist that i booked with. The best part was the stylist asking me the ‘client’ to come back at 9.I also have a life, see you never !

Firstly parking is a shocker. Wouldn't recommend if you have a car bigger than a mini.Secondly Rory did not listen to what I asked, in fact he was so rude he made me feel like I was burdening him. He didn't take the time to enquire about my hair, eventhough I had said that after a pregnancy it had taken me 4 years to grow it to a short length.I just wanted to lighten the ends of my hair, he bullied me into coloring my whole head, and when I showed him a picture he mumbled under his breath as he walked away from me that he cannot get my hair that colour; yet he proceeded to colour my hair as if I was one of millions with the same hair. There was no personal touch. He bleached my hair only once and did not put a toner. I know that for my hair I need 2 bleach applications with a toner.My hair came out orange. He then decided to trim my hair, into a style that he assumed was correct, without asking me, even when I asked him not to cut.He made my hairstyle ridiculous that I couldn't style it at all.And on top of it he didn't give me a treatment to take out the orange tones.I eventually bought a R70 red hair colour from Dischem. The red was a million times better than his yellow, orange disgrace.I walked out of there sad, embarrassed and R3500 poorer for a complete waste of my time.The bar is a cool add on, but the service was pathetic.I would never recommend this hair studio for anything more than a bowdry.

Had the best haircut of my life at Blo with Rory. I desperately needed a cut for my cousins wedding at the beginning of March and 3 months later I can confirm that you're the master. Loved the vibe at Blo, relaxed and spacious, with a coffeeshop/bar/pizza in the back. Fantastic wash-massage, amazing cut with Rory and finish with a beer. Perfect haircut experience. Only downside is that I'm now in France and need to go back to my regular guy who's good but not on the same level. Will be back when I'm next in town. Thanks and all the best.

Oh my gosh, this place is by far one of the coolest places I've ever been to, not to mention had a haircut at. The interior is a perfect combination of chic and a little industrial. It comes with the standard coffee a a more non-standard bar for those who would enjoy a beer and blow.

Professional, experienced hairdressers-very happy.

I was one of those guys who was bouncing between hairdressers for ages - no one seemed to be able to give me a decent cut consistently, until a friend recommended Blo and Rory in particular. It's been 5 years now and I couldn't think of anyone else but Rory cutting my hair. It's also a very spacious and comfortable experience and I highly recommend giving Blo a go if you're looking for a new spot. I tried at least 20 places, but Blo is hands down the best of the best.

Less talking, more working. Don’t overcharge for poor service. Kitty needs to be trained PROPERLY. One cannot pay full prices for someone that behaves like she’s still learning. What’s communicated to her and what she gives you are two different stories. Disappointing

This place blew me away! I think I've found a salon where I'll be a regular. Kitty transformed my hair and was an absolute joy. I can't recommend this place enough so seriously do yourself a favour and book an appointment!
