Their service is declining in quality!!! People queue for hours. I feel sooo disappointed! I came in the morning at about 9:37 am, I sat there for 2 hrs, and I had to leave to fetch my children, then go back again!!! Its unacceptable!!! The staff was not helpful, even after I asked for help.

It’s a good Umlazi clinic and the line is incredibly fast. Nurses are engaging and forthcoming. Multiple help provided even from security. It’s possibly the best clinic in Umlazi besides the one at Prince Mshiyeni
