I would just like to report that I have received diabolical customer service from Chante and from the company. We dropped the laptop off for repairs 2 months ago and have to date had no feedback on the repairs, only to be presented with an additional bill, which was not originally raised. Chante's disinterest and lack of enthusiasm is a really poor reflection on the company. When I asked to speak to the manager I was also told all of them are busy. Needless to say we will not be back.

Ive been having to deal with Partserve for nearly 10 years now, and they have been consistently been one of the worst support channels Ive ever dealt with. Form not seeing that a payment for a repair for over a week, to not answering phones, to losing my wife`s laptop in warranty(and not paying for the replacement), and taking a month for a printer repair. Only reason it isn't a 1 star rating is the items are actually repaired when I finally get them back.Update: I`ve actually lowered my review score as my latest repair has been there for over a month on top of everything else wrong with this place.

We booked in 2 laptops for repair. Communication from the tech/repair team was alright and the job was done rather quickly.The only issue was reception customer service - They were not friendly at all. They barely speak to a person and just straight up look annoyed. I get people have bad days, but seems to be a regular and reoccurring thing according to other reviews on here.About 2 weeks later I called them and politely asked a question regarding outstanding payment before we collect and was once again met with unfriendliness and attitude. Absolutely no need to have an annoyed/irritated tone when dealing with a customer.We were planning to throw a lot of business their way, but not so sure anymore. Might be better to look elsewhere.

The service is shocking! It’s extremely bad, and I have dealt with them numerous times now. Only way to get something done is to escalate.Not only rude staff, but everyone I spoke to in line was so extremely unhappy too. The staff’s attitude is disgusting and unprofessional - it does not seem that they enjoy working here and always doing the client a favour by doing their job.Im never one to complain, but someone needs to know how bad it is.I have booked my printer in 3 times already. Everytime I get the printer back from them and try to set it up at home, epson customer service tells me the printer is faulty. I take it back in, Partserve tells me theres nothing wrong and once again sends me an invoice. This process has repeat itself 3 times now

No feedback on items dropped off months ago. Empty promises everytime we make contact its a different excuse. How on earth epson allows you to work on their products is confusing.Do the techs even know what they doing.ENC07787

Utterly appallingcustomer service. So frustrated with empty promises and staff management do not reply to emails and calls Evidence you have to wait more than 12 minutes on a call only to be placed on hold. My son's laptop screen cracked after it had been returned from a service .. it clearly was not put in correctly to withstand average usage, staff at partserve tried to fob previous damage as new damage. Bridget the manager wasnot interested in listening to reason. Took her a week plus to actually examine the laptop in dispute. Parts took 6 plus months to arrive. Definitely NOT servers of choice! Feel utterly disgusted with Partserve and hope big companies stop referring their customers to Partserve.

Worst experience buying parts for my printer. Sales staff don't answer emails and when stock finally arrived (after months of waiting), I was told it wasn't ready (despite phoning beforehand) and had to sit for ages

I requested a PSVR adapter for the PS5 in January 2023 - I've been waiting 6 months for the adapter to arrive so when i called the store i was told i need to physically bring the PSVR and my PS5 to the store as proof - What a ridiculous request as i sent the serial number along with the address it needs to be delivered to! Majority of the reviews are based on poor customer service and i'm afraid i have to agree! WIll never use Partserve again!
