The Mens Room Diep River

Will not be using Men's Room again after the disastrous chop off that Ricolian gave my son. After 5 years of growing his hair my son decides to cut it all off. What he walked out with is a disaster of note. His hair was just chopped off with long strands still remaining, a hole in the back of the head and no cleanup or decent fade given. The explanation was given is that we were 5 minutes late....and hence this is an excuse for a horrific haircut at R150 a pop. Horrible, will not return.

Barbers are not competent in listening to instructions hence messing my hair up multiple times. If you have curly hair just stay away from here. Prices have become ridiculous to the fact that I can get someone to come to my house for cheaper and still do better job. The last straw I had for this place is when they gave my booked appointment away for being 2 minutes late because they were “busy”

Always good special deal for a hot towel shave. Took my 2 boys there for their first haircuts and the barbers were great. The one child threw a little wobbly and he handled it with total ease and was not fused. Great work!!

Even though I don't live in the area I travel through to get my hair and beard done here. All the barbers are fantastic, super friendly service and I'm always happy when I walk out as they give me exactly what I want. I found them by chance 3 years ago and won't stop going back. I think I have been going here for about 3 years now. Real quality service, most regular clients are greeted by name, which makes for a real personalized experience. The service is matched with passion from the barbers themselves. I've never been dissatisfied after a haircut there.Edit: still going here. They offer great discounts during the day. Ask for Darren or Ryan, both have been there several years now.

I changed from a previous barbers and I had been twice before and was good. However, yesterday was my worse experience in a barbers ever! The barber remembered me and referenced the length of clipper required for haircut and that I wanted it natural on the back. He asked if I wanted my full beard trimmed. I said no and said just the normal shaping and showed him on cheek and neck, to tidy it up. He acknowledged. Haircut done and good. I lie back and he does the whole hot towel and puts on shaving cream etc. He then proceeds to what I thought was shape my beard (a full beard I’ve had for roughly 8 years). But, it feels like he is in the wrong area. I ask him to stop and check. He had shaved half my beard of my cheek with the cutthroat razor!!! Long story short, I now have a goatee and will never return to this barbers again! Terrible!

I recently had a haircut, beard cut and the works which was a series of hot towels over the face. For many years I have gone in for a good quick no fuss haircut but this was incredible. Bit pricey but worth it for an occasional treat. The standard haircut is very affordable.
